Quality Inn & Suites North Coast

When we got to the room the keys didn't work. After two attempts we were only able to get into one room. We had to use the adjoining room door to access the other room. Breakfast was low quality. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Everyone was very pleasant. Room very nice and very clean. Breakfast was good. I was impressed.

I would have rather paid a little more and got something where I felt safe. The dead bolt didn't lock on our door. It was a dark area, needs better outside lighting. I'm not a fan of hotels with room access from outside. The room was clean but needs to be updated. Bed was very uncomfortable. They were drilling outside our door in the morning. Drain for tub was broken. Shower fades in and out with very hot water. The people next to us were very loud around midnight. I have kids and am use to noise, but that's too late, I am talking jumping and screaming, not cool. I'd never stay here again. Especially not for full price.
